此数据集为2013-2018年黄渤海鱼类DNA条形码序列的相关信息。数据包括DNA编号、标本编号、基因位点、拉丁名、中文名、英文名、馆藏码、取样部位、样品提供者、样品来源、采集依据、序列长度、基因类型、序列提交者、提交时间、提交机构、氨基酸、Fasta序列、PCR扩增引物、实验人员、审核者等。数据集共7739条记录。
This dataset contains relevant information of fish DNA barcode sequences from the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea between 2013 and 2018. The dataset includes the following data fields: DNA number, specimen number, gene locus, Latin name, Chinese common name, English common name, voucher code, sampling site, sample provider, sample source, collection basis, sequence length, gene type, sequence submitter, submission time, submitting institution, amino acid, Fasta sequence, PCR amplification primers, experimenters, reviewers, etc. There are a total of 7739 records in this dataset.
