Highly conserved sperm function-related transcripts across three species: human, rat and mouse.

mRNA sequences were analyzed in mouse, rat and human sperm samples to identify sperm transcriptomic similarities across species that could be used as biomarkers to predict male reproductive toxicity in animal models.针对小鼠、大鼠及人类的精子样本中的信使核糖核酸（mRNA）序列开展分析，以识别跨物种的精子转录组相似特征，该类特征可作为生物标志物（biomarker）用于预测动物模型中的雄性生殖毒性。
