Phylogenetic trees and sequences accession numbers list of the new species Viola evoluta

Here we present the full-size figures of phylogeny trees and the list of sequences used in this study. The sequences of the new species were extracted and sequenced from the dried leaves collected from the field, the other sequences of the related species were downloaded from GenBank. ## Description of the data and file structure

Here, we present the full-size figures of phylogeny trees and their datasets of ITS and three plastid loci (*rpl16, matK, and rbcL*) as EXCEL. Voucher specimens were listed as collection numbers, which can be traced in CSH (Chenshan Botanical Garden). N/A means the sequences downloaded from GenBank without direct voucher information. Newly generated sequences in this study were marked with an asterisk in Excel.
