The goals of this study are to compare the different transcriptome signiture between MTAC-P cells with and without BCAT1 knockdown with NGS-derived retinal transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq). Overall design: Total mRNA profiles of MTAC-P cells with and without BCAT1 knockdown were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina GAIIx.
