Data supporting urban canopy inequality and divergent adaptation goals across 50 US cities

This dataset is the frozen reproducibility archive supporting the manuscript “Who has shade? Urban canopy inequality but divergent adaptation goals”. The archive contains frozen analysis-unit ledgers and analysis-ready data for 50 US cities; source data underlying the main and Supplementary figures and tables; statistical-model, spatial cross-validation and block-bootstrap outputs; neighbourhood G–H–V classifications; equal-area allocation outputs; random seeds; data dictionaries; quality-control reports; and SHA-256 file checksums. The archive supports reproduction of the reported analyses from aggregated canopy metrics and frozen analysis frames onward. Permitted derived spatial products and model records are included. Raw high-resolution third-party aerial imagery is not redistributed where source licences prohibit sharing. Public input datasets, their versions, analytical roles and access locations are documented in the accompanying README.
