small PEBP analysis

“small PEBP analysis.zip” file is consisted of 4 files derived from a small PEBP phylogenetic analysis. Two multiple sequence alignment (protein) files in .fas (fasta) and .nex (nexus) are enclosed. This latter can be visualized using Mesquite software (Maddison and Maddison, 1992). The .mts (MEGA4) file corresponds to the phylogenetic tree analysis using the MEGA4 software (Tamura et al., 2007). The .emf file is an output picture file corresponding to the obtained phylogenetic tree.
