Sheep RNA isoform analysis for growth traits using ISO-Seq (HiFi)

This study generated ISO-seq libraries from RNA extracted from tissue samples from 12 Texel x Scottish Blackface sheep that were sequenced by the Cenre for Genomic Research, Univeristy of Liverpool on the PacBio Sequel II platform with one sample per SMRT cell at at least 1-1.5 million CCS. FAANG data are released under the Fort Lauderdale and Toronto principles 1,2. FAANG data creators reserve the right to first publication of the results obtained from using a dataset in genome wide analysis.
