Soybeans were planted in the open field with water availability at 45%, 65% and 90%. Heights were collected every two weeks. Yield was determined at harvest where after the seed quality tests were preformed. Plant dry mass was also measured. The seed quality testing consisted of standard germination, accelerated ageing and electrical conductivity tests. Temperature trials (22, 28 and 35 degrees Celcius) were conducted in glasshouses and convirons where the yield was determined at harvest as well as the dry plant and root mass. Thereafter, seed quality testing was performed. Elevated CO2 trials were also conducted in convirons were the CO2 levels where 412ppm and 700ppm. Heights were collected every 2 weeks. Yield was determined at harvest where after the seed quality tests were performed. Within each main test i.e. water, CO2 and temperature experiment, the effect of inoculation with Bradyrhizobium was also measured against organic N fertiliser in the form of LAN (28%)
