Outputs of the mlmm.gwas R package for resistance to six viruses in Cucumber sativus

The 6 files correspond to outputs GWAS analysis for resistance to six viruses (CMV, CVYV, CGMMV, WMV, ZYMV and PRSV) incoculated to a panel of 240 to 250 cucumber elites and landrace lines. All lines were sequenced by Illumina short reads and filtered matrixes containing 376,151 to 422,431 SNPs according to the virus studied were generated. Symptom phenotypes were obtained after mechanical inoculation of the viruses and BLUP values were generated for GWAS. GWAS was performed with kinship and population structure with 9 groups. The name of each file starts with of the virus studied. These RDS files were produced using the mlmm.gwas R package.
