资源简介:
This dataset contains supplementary tables supporting the manuscript entitled “Maternal β-hydroxybutyrate during the dry period is associated with altered epithelial cell regulation and rumen morphology of offspring as calves.” The file includes: (1) ingredient and chemical composition of the total mixed ration fed to dry cows; (2) primer sequences and qPCR conditions for genes related to rumen epithelial integrity, metabolic regulation, inflammation, and lipid metabolism; (3) maternal growth performance and serum β-hydroxybutyrate concentrations during the dry period; and (4) rumen morphological and growth-related traits of newborn and one-month-old calves. These data provide detailed methodological and quantitative information supporting the results reported in the published article.
