Dataset containing average climate, soil, and IGP Pays d'Oc grapevine yield in municipalities of Languedoc-Roussillon from 2010-2018.

This dataset contains the aggregation at the municipality scale of the wine yield (in hl/ha) declared by producers of IGP Pays d'Oc wine in languedoc-roussillon between 2010 and 2018. It also contains climate and soil indicators associated with each municipality. Finally, each municipality was associated with a climate and soil "zone" made by hierarchical classification and clustering.
