We investigated the influence of laser repetition rate on femtosecond air filamentation based fluorescence spectroscopy both experimentally and numerically. The experimental results reveal that higher repetition rates lead to enhanced fluorescence from both the first negative band system of N₂⁺ and the second positive band system of N₂.
