Reproduction pipeline and data: Water quantification, paid conservation, and unrecorded energy demand on the Colorado River

Code and data supporting a study of water accounting asymmetries in the Colorado River Basin. Contains: pipeline.py, a single-script reproduction of all EIA-derived figures (deduplication of the EIA cooling detail files 2021-2024, plausibility screening against Macknick et al. 2012 coefficient ranges, planned-generation water scenarios from the May 2026 EIA-860M inventory); README.txt documenting inputs, constants, and assumptions with sources; the five EIA input files (US government works, public domain); pipeline output and CSV exports.
