We report the choices of SVM kernel, threshold, and strategy that resulted in highest prediction accuracy for each state capital, along with their respective EP-Windows or AA-months. *Similar results were found with the AA-strategy for Belo Horizonte. **Both strategies gave good results for Salvador.
