RNA-sequecing of disctinct cell states along the E-M phenotypic specturm

Analysis of HMLER-C1 cells,C2 cells and C1 cells with EED-KO or KMT2D-KO in order to understand the gene expression profiles associated with distinct EMT intermediate states. Examine the transcriptomes of cells in stable epitheli state (C1), plastic epithelial states (C2, C1-EED-KO-Epi, C1-KMT2D-KO-Epi), and distinct meenchymal states (C2-Mes, C1-EED-KO-Mes, C1-KMT2D-KO-Mes).
