Delayed tension pneumothorax after microwave ablation of lung metastasis: a case report

We present a case of a 60-year-old female patient with EC and lung metastasis who underwent multiline treatment. After the reappearance of an isolated metastasis (3×2.5 cm) in the right lung, the patient underwent MWA. Delayed tension pneumothorax occurred 24 hours post-procedure, requiring urgent intervention to prevent further deterioration and reduce mortality risk.
