SPURS-1 ROMS 1-Jan-2012 - 31-Dec-2012

These files contain output from the ROMS model for the subtropical North Atlantic, 1-Jan-2012 - 31-Dec-2012. There are 4 files, the first one is for 1-Jan - 31-March, the second is for 1-Apr - 30-June, etc. The variables in the files are salinity (s_da, in psu), temperature (t_da, in degC), eastward velocity (u_da, in m/s), northward velocity (v_da, in m/s),vertical velocity (w_da, in m/s) and vorticity (s^-1). The spurs_grd.nc.1 file contains the grid on which horizontal velocity components u and v and density / salinity are computed. Files in this folder are compressed. Uncompressed files are in netCDF format.
