(A) Striatal Mlh1 mRNA levels (TaqMan Mm00503449_m1, exons 11–12) in 129.Mlh1+/+ mice were significantly reduced by approximately 50% when compared to B6.Mlh1+/+ (p<0.05), and were comparable to levels in B6.Mlh1+/− mice.
