Synergistic effects of zeolite, biochar and pseudomonas aeruginosa Rs6 on soil properties and bacterial community structure in petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soils

This project generated paired-end 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data to investigate changes in soil bacterial community structure under different remediation treatments including zeolite, biochar and Pseudomonas aeruginosa inoculation in petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soils.
