Data Content and Structure: This dataset comprises seven main components: Table2.data: This file contains data on the soil physicochemical properties at different spatial positions relative to the fissure. Variable Definitions: SOM (Soil Organic Matter); SMC (Soil Moisture Content); AK (Available Potassium); AP (Available Phosphorus); AN (Available Nitrogen); SBD (Soil Bulk Density); SP (Soil Porosity). Fig.3.data: This file contains the source data for Figure 3, presenting the germination status of the soil seed bank at different distances from the fissure and various soil depths. Seed bank density was calculated from these data. Fig.4.data: This file contains data on the relative abundance of plant life forms in the soil seed bank at different positions relative to the fissure. It details the proportions of Annual herbs, Perennial herbs, Small shrubs, Subshrubs, and Shrubs, calculated based on different soil depths and distances. Fig.5.data: This file contains data on the diversity characteristics of the soil seed bank at different positions relative to the fissure. The "richness index" section primarily contains diversity data, while "Calculate the data" refers to the raw data used for the calculations. Fig.6. data and code: This folder contains: 8 .xlsx files: These files contain data used for Mantel tests at different distances.
