Profiling of chromatin features during naive to formative ESC differentiation [CUT&Tag]

We performed CUT&Tag for various chromatin features during the naive to formative ESC differentiation. Two replicates derived from independent cultures were collected per chromatin feature and cellular state (naive and formative) Please note that *merged.cpm.bw was generated from both rep1 and rep2 samples, and is linked to the corresponding rep1 sample records.
