ephys-9: 40Hz tACS

This dataset contains spontaneous LFP recordings used to evaluate spectral power changes before and after 40 Hz tACS. Recordings were performed using Neuropixels 1.0 probes in awake, head-fixed mice, targeting the somatosensory cortex (S1) and the hippocampus (Hip). The dataset is divided into three fully independent experimental groups: Hippocampal recordings without whisker stimulation S1 recordings without whisker stimulation Simultaneous S1 and hippocampal recordings with whisker stimulation No subjects are shared between groups. Two protocol types were employed: tACS (Experimental): 40 Hz stimulation. Sham: identical setup, no current applied. In the third group, whisker deflections were delivered every 10 ± 2 seconds throughout the session. However, for all spectral analyses, only artifact-free 105-second segments without any whisker stimulation were extracted, ensuring analysis of truly spontaneous LFP activity. These segments were collected approximately 1 hour before (Pre) and 1 hour after (Post) stimulation. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027.
