ccMPRA activity

Capture-C MPRA processed file containing: MPRA logFC, associated p-value (BH-adjusted), bin coordinates, target genes, effect classification (upregulating = enhancers, downregulating = silencers), promoter and OE bin indicating which of the bins is the promoter bin and which the other end (OE), and a z-score reflecting the normalized activity of the interaction w.r.t the activity of the non-interacting promoter.
