This dataset documents data used to calculate functional and taxonomic diversity and original results of Figure 2. "all_env" is the environmental data of every sampling site of each survey. "all_traits" is the functional trait data after using fuzzy code. "Source_Data_Fig_2" is the original results of taxonomic and functional α diversity in Figure 2.
