面食制品在加工过程中,常常会加入一些外源添加物来改善其品质,存在一定的质量及食品安全风险隐患,本数据可以对面食制品使用重防腐剂含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集面食制品抽样地区、抽样场所、样品名称、包装分类等信息;2重防腐剂含量检测:通过对面食制品重防腐剂含量进行检测获得相关重防腐剂含量数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出面食制品重防腐剂含量问题项检测结果,用于评估其食用安全性,面食制品重防腐剂含量问题发现率=面食制品中重防腐剂含量检出问题项次数/进行食品添加剂监测的面食制品总数;4、数据应用:面食制品重防腐剂含量问题项检测结果可以作为食用安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
During the processing of flour-based food products, exogenous additives are often added to improve their quality, which poses potential quality and food safety hazards. This dataset can be used to perform safety evaluations on the preservative content status of flour-based food products, providing references and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sampling regions, sampling locations, sample names, and packaging categories of flour-based food products;
2. Preservative Content Detection: Obtain relevant data on preservative content by detecting the preservative levels in flour-based food products;
3. Data Processing: Screen out the detection results of non-compliant items with excessive preservative content in flour-based food products for evaluating their edible safety. The detection rate of non-compliant preservative content in flour-based food products = (number of non-compliant items detected with excessive preservative content in flour-based food products) / (total number of flour-based food products monitored for food additives);
4. Data Application: The detection results of non-compliant items with excessive preservative content in flour-based food products can serve as a basis for edible safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
