ATAC+RNA mouse brain (clustered)

Processed dataset from Zhang et al., 2023 of spatial chromatin accessibility (ATAC) and spatial transcriptomics (RNA) measurement of mouse brain section. Cells are clustered based on their cellular niches (also known as spatial domains or spatial clusters) using CellCharter.The data is divided into:data dimensionality-reduced using scVI for ATAC and RNA independently with respective anndata object inside.clustering models from CellCharter for ATAC, RNA, and both of them together.
