The data of the article“Strong Dependence of Thermal Stability Enhancement in Vapor-Deposited Glasses on Liquid Fragility Across Various Glass Types”

In this study, As2S3 glass thin films were prepared at different substrate temperatures (Ts) using a thermal evaporation coating apparatus, and the structure and thermal stability characteristics of these thin film samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). At the same time, the influence of liquid brittleness on the improvement of thermal stability in different glass systems was revealed through statistical analysis methods. This dataset primarily includes room-temperature XRD data of As2S3 thin films grown at different Ts, along with bulk and powder samples of the same composition, DSC heat flow data obtained at a heating rate of 40 K/min, analysis of thermal stability changes as a function of Ts, and compiled and analyzed data statistically derived from reference literature. This dataset mainly includes 8 files.
