The MHV-68 nuclear egress complex supports C-capsid selective capsid egress

This repository contains the raw data supporting the manuscript “The MHV-68 nuclear egress complex supports C-capsid selective capsid egress.” (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18222001) It extends the original dataset deposited for the bioRxiv preprint “The nuclear egress complex of MHV-68 is not essential for nuclear egress but mediates C-capsid specificity” (DOI: 10.1101/2025.04.10.648238), preserving all previously released data for full traceability. Included are primary imaging data (electron and light microscopy), sequencing data (Sanger and NGS), BAC digest files, and structural predictions corresponding to main and supplementary figures. Newly added data in this version include: MHV_EM_2.zip (additional EM datasets) MHV_Plaque_Size_2.zip (additional light microscopy plaque size data)
