Source Data for: "Modified QuEChERS with Florisil Cleanup for Organophosphorus Pesticide Analysis in Agricultural Soils by GC-MS/MS"

This dataset contains the source data underlying the figures and tables reported in the manuscript "Modified QuEChERS with Florisil Cleanup for Organophosphorus Pesticide Analysis in Agricultural Soils by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry" (Journal of Visualized Experiments, under revision). Data were generated at the Laboratorios of Universidad EAN (Bogotá, Colombia) using a Shimadzu GCMS-TQ8040 triple-quadrupole GC-MS/MS system. Files include co-extractive removal data (Figure 2), matrix effect percentages (Figure 3), calibration parameters (Table 3), and recovery data (Table 4) for 12 organophosphorus pesticides across six physicochemically diverse agricultural soils from Colombia and Spain.
