Subdivision Drain

These drains are considered Hamilton County Regulated Drain. A Regulated Drain is drain, either open channel or closed tile/sewer, subject to the provisions of the Indiana Drainage code, I.C.-36-9-27.此类排水沟属于汉密尔顿县受监管排水沟（Regulated Drain）范畴。受监管排水沟指须遵守《印第安纳州排水法规》（Indiana Drainage code）第I.C.-36-9-27条规定的排水沟，可为明渠或封闭式陶管/下水道。
