The Combinations Effect of Supervisor Behavior Styles on Supervisor Identification: the Mediating Role of Follower Identification with the Supervisor

This study investigates the impact of consistency in supervisor behaviour styles on graduate students' supervisor identification and explores the mediating mechanisms involved. This study intends to use a multi-round data collection method to reduce common methodological bias.
