Single-cell gene expression profiling (sc-RNA-seq) of CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells from Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN) patients

To explore specific cytokine pathways in MPN patients with enriched NF-kB activation (and thus fibrosis), we carried out single-cell gene expression profiling (sc-RNA-seq) on isolated CD34+ cells from 7 separate individual MPN patients across MPN sub-types with varying degress of fibrosis using an enclosed microwell array platform with a focus on NF-kB pathway-associated cytokine mediators.
