Embryonic Photomotor Response Assay Data

This dataset contains all tabular CSV data used in the analysis of zebrafish activity and validation of an automated Embryonic Photomotor Response (EPR) assay using the Multi-camera Array Microscope (MCAM) made by Ramona Optics Inc.. One representative example dataset including images and metadata in netcdf format is given here. All image data was analyzed for activity metric using MCAM software resulting in the csv outputs.
