The circular leaf spot (CLS) disease of rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) is a serious threat in all the rubber plantation in India. The causative organisms of this disease is identified as Colletotrichum siamense and C. fructicola. This disease is getting a serious threat in all rubber growing tracts of Kerala and other rubber growing countries. The transcriptome sequencing of C. siamense is done under the Illimina Novaseq6000 platform.
