Transcriptomic analysis of PBMC in long covid. Homo sapiens

This study includes transcriptomic analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells obtained from the peripheral blood of patients at one-year follow-up after Covid-19. The study aimed to find the causes of pneumonia, one of the long-term Covid-19 sequelae. Study groups with severe pneumonia at the end of the first year after diagnosis of Covid-19 and no pneumonia patient groups. In addition, healthy control volunteers who did not have Covid-19 were also included in the study.
