National Time-Series Dataset of Malaria Cases, Deaths, Hospitals, and Population in Mozambique (2006–2025)

This dataset contains annual national-level data on malaria cases, malaria-related deaths, hospitals, and population in Mozambique from 2006 to 2025. The dataset was compiled from official sources, including the Ministry of Health of Mozambique (MISAU), the National Institute of Statistics (INE), and the World Health Organization (WHO). It supports the analyses presented in the article "Regression Linear or Count Models? A Methodological Comparison for Modeling Malaria Mortality in Mozambique (2006–2025)". The dataset is intended for research in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, and statistical modeling.
