Microorganisms present in central air-conditioning circulating cooling water pipe (Raw sequence reads)

This paper proposes a new water treatment technology based on controlled-release borate (CRB) agent. 16S and 18S gene sequencing were used to determine the composition of microbial communities in central air-conditioning circulating cooling water pipe and simulation device. Meta-transcriptomic sequencing revealed the transcriptional regulation of microorganisms under CRB stress for exploring the biocidal mechanism.
