We investigated the response of cultured mouse macrophages to Wnt3a and IL-4. Bone marrow derive macrophages (BMDMs) from C57Bl6J female mice were differentiated from monocytes using mCSF. After 7 days macrophages were treated with 100ng/mL Wnt3a, 100pg/mL IL-4 or their combination for 16 hours. As control, cells were left untreated.
