The deposited data were collected as a part of the studies entitled ‘How does the structure of the cell wall change as a result of the disturbed presence of AGPs by Yariv reagent addition?’

The research is the result of cooperation between institutions: Institute of Agrophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences (Poland), and Department of Chemistry, Brown University (USA). The use of advanced microscopic techniques (immunolabeling method), methods of molecular biology (Western blotting, ELISA) allows for expanding knowledge in the field of plant cell physiology and biochemistry.
