F2 hybrid cross between Pundamilia sp. "nyererei-like" x Neochromis omnicaeruleus Raw sequence reads

Using this F2 hybrid cross we performed QTL mapping of a whole suite of traits that distinguish insectivores from herbivores to characterise the genetic architecture underlying these traits, which would have had to change in a concerted fashion during repeated and rapid transitions between trophic levels in the Lake Victoria cichlid adaptive radiation.
