TaiwanGenomesVCF (hg38)

This dataset contains the final processed variant call format (VCF) file derived from the Taiwan Genome Project (https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.12.23.21268291). The file, taiwangenome.hg38.merged.sort.normalized.filtered.vcf.gz, was generated through a streamlined pipeline that includes data scraping, merging, conversion from CSV to VCF, normalization, and liftover from hg19 to hg38. The resulting file is compatible with tools like VEP for variant annotation and is intended to support genomic research and analysis using standardized human genome build hg38.
