Transcriptome of rapid growth period in Moso bamboo clone fragment

The transcriptome was composed of the transcriptome data of different organs (leaves, culms, rhizomes, shoots) in 4 different growth stages (early stage, peak stage, branching stage, leafing stage) of Moso bamboo clone fragment, which consisting of a parent ramet and an offspring ramet connected by a rhizome.
