The data in the file "consumer behavior during the crisis survey data_2023_PL.xlsx" and “consumer behavior during the crisis survey data_2023_PL.sav” present the results of a survey conducted among Polish residents in 2023. The questions asked to respondents made it possible to obtain opinions on consumers' feelings, concerns and behavior during the current crisis. Quantitative data present respondents' indications of their concerns about losing their job and source of income, employment conditions, or the financial situation and family security, optimistic and pessimistic feelings related to the crisis, as well as an assessment of the level of personal consumption, satisfaction of needs and shopping habits compared to period before the crisis. The research sample consisted of 1,000 people. The study was conducted among Polish residents over the age of 18. The selection of the sample for the study was random, representative due to the socio-demographic characteristics of the Polish population, and the amounts in the sample were: gender, age and voivodeship of residence. The survey was conducted using the CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) method with the support of the research company ASM - Centrum Rozwoju i Rozwoju Rynku Spółka z o. o.
