The correlation between regional differences and genetic features in Japanese macaques

To investigate the correlation between regional differences and genomic features in Japanese macaques, we conducted whole-genome sequencing on five groups of macaques: the Okazaki group (8 individuals), the Jigokudani group (17 individuals), the Hagachizaki group (15 individuals), the Minoh group (16 individuals), and the Tsubaki group (8 individuals).
