Sequence alignments and phylogenetic trees used in the paper "Phylogenomic and morphological evidence reveals more members of the subtribe Hsuehochloinae (Poaceae: Bambusoideae: Arundinarieae) and reinterprets its evolutionary history and classification"

Here are the sequence alignments of seven nuclear and one plastid datasets, including whole plastome, nrDNA sequence, 274 syntenic nuclear genes (SCNs) based on C-subgenome, 275 SNGs based on D-subgenome, 375 strict 1to1 orthologs, 549 pure single-copy orthologs (SOGs), 602 monophyletic group orthologs (MO) and 873 conserved low- to single-copy nuclear genes (LSCNs).
