data_pre-TPC: Data used for models where larval traits (growth, metabolic rate, activity, boldness) were measured at the rearing temperatures.<br>data_quadratic_LMMs: Data used for quadratic models of swimming speed, metabolic rate, activity and boldness. <br>data_TPC_parameters: Estimated individual TPC parameters for swimming speed, metabolic rate, activity and boldness (using R packages <i>rTPC</i> and <i>nls.multstart</i>). Models of TPC parameters are conducted on this dataset.
