High-salt diet inhibits the efficacy of FOLFOX through gut microbiota

The limited clinical efficacy of FOLFOX seriously affects the treatment of the disease, and the mechanism of its limited efficacy needs to be elucidated urgently. A high-salt diet has been found to affect tumor growth and the efficacy of anti-tumor treatments. This study found that a high-salt diet could inhibit the efficacy of FOLFOX and was related to intestinal microbiota metabolism.
