Zea mays subsp. mays Raw sequence reads

Inbred parents from the maize nested association mapping population were sequenced using genotyping-by-sequencing as described in Manching et al. (in press) to compare genetic diversity analyses with single nucleotide polymorphism and multi-nucleotide polymorphism data.
