The reads in this study pertain to serveral experiments: Long term storage Benchtop storage Variation in sample weight Postage of samples Variation between DNA extractions Original samples were faecal samples from premature and term infants (part of the NeoM and DORMICe cohorts). DNA was extracted with MPBio FastDNA spin kits for soil and the v4 region sequenced using an Illumina Miseq.
