Hordeum vulgare cv Golden Promise RNA-Seq of White Anther (WA) stage inflorescence

RNA-Seq performed on White Anter (WA) stage inflorescence of Hordeum vulgare cv Golden Promise. The size selection was 15-25 mm in length of healthy plants. The NEXTFLEX Rapid Directional RNA-Seq Kit 2.0 was used to prepare libraries for Illumina sequencing instruments according to the manufacturer's protocol. Paired-end sequencing was performed on Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
